How does delivery in Portugal work?
Welcome gifts are delivered directly to your accommodation venue (hotel, villa, venue) in Portugal before your participants arrive.
How is delivery to my company's headquarters handled?
At the end of your stay, the boxes are shipped in a single consolidated pallet delivery to your registered office or site address.
Who manages the logistics?
Our partner SmartLo handles everything: storage, assembly, packing and transport. You have no physical logistics to manage.
How does VAT work?
Arrival Pack: Portuguese VAT. Departure & Complete Packs: intra-Community exemption (Art. 14º RITI), subject to providing your intra-Community VAT number.
What is the minimum number of participants?
Our seminar rates apply to orders of 10 units or more.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation and a full refund of your deposit up to 14 days before the service date. After this deadline, the deposit is retained.
Can I create my own box?
